Vimo Terms of service

Welcome to Vimo video editing software (hereinafter referred to as"Vimo") . This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as"The agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Vimo regarding the use of Vimo software and related services. Please read this agreement carefully before using VIMO. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this agreement, please do not use VIMO. Your use of this agreement will be deemed to be an acceptance.

Accept the agreement

1.1 terms of consent

By downloading, installing or using VIMO software, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you are under the age of 18, you must use Vimo with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

1.2 amendments

Vimo reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Any changes will take effect when an updated version of the agreement is released on the VIMO website or within the software. You should consult the latest version of this agreement periodically. If you continue to use VIMO after the revision, you will be considered to have accepted the revised agreement.

2. Software Licensing

2.1 licensing restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decode, modify, copy, distribute, rent, sell, transfer, or otherwise use VIMO software illegally. You must not bypass any technical protections in the software.

3. User Accounts

3.1 registration

You must provide accurate and complete information to register for a Vimo account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including but not limited to the confidentiality of your username and password. You are responsible for all activities that take place under your account.

3.2 account security

If your account information is compromised or you suspect that your account is being used without authorization, you should immediately notify Vimo and take steps to protect your account. Vimo is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your failure to protect your account information.

4. User Content

4.1 content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to VIMO, including but not limited to video, text, images, etc. . You Grant Vimo a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to store, display, distribute, and promote your content to provide and improve VIMO services.

4.2 content legitimacy

You guarantee that the content you upload does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights or other legitimate interests, and does not violate any laws and regulations. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and completeness of the content you upload.

5. Service usage

5.1 lawful

You should use VIMO services legally and not use VIMO for any illegal activities, including but not limited to distributing illegal content, infringing on the rights of others, interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of VIMO services.

5.2 service restrictions

Vimo reserves the right, at its discretion, to restrict or suspend your use of the service if Vimo considers you to be in violation of any of the terms or conditions of this agreement, or if your actions are likely to cause harm to Vimo or other users.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 intellectual property rights of Vimo

All intellectual property rights contained in VIMO software and related services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, Patents and trade secrets, are the property of Vimo or its licensor. You may not use or copy Vimo's intellectual property except with Vimo's express written permission.

6.2 User-generated content

Users are responsible for the content they upload to VIMO. Vimo is not responsible for the legality, accuracy or completeness of the User-generated content. Users should ensure that the content they upload does not infringe on the intellectual property rights or other legitimate interests of any third party.

7. Limitation of liability

VIMO provides services"As is" and does not provide any form of warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to marketability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Under no circumstances shall Vimo and its licensor, supplier or partner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of this agreement or the use of VIMO services, whether under contract, tort (including negligence) or other legal doctrine.

8. Termination

8.1 termination of rights

Vimo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Vimo services at any time, for any reason or without cause. Upon termination, you will not be able to access your account or use the VIMO service.

8.2 obligations after termination

Upon termination, you should immediately stop using the VIMO service and remove all copies of Vimo software. Vimo reserves the right to delete your account and all associated data upon termination.

9. Dispute Settlement

9.1 applicable law

The interpretation, application and all disputes arising out of this agreement or the use of VIMO services shall be governed by the law without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9.2 mode of dispute settlement

Any disputes arising out of this agreement or the use of Vimo services shall first be settled through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction for litigation.
